The space
Wilshire Coastal Cottage is a single-family brick ranch home that was built in the 1950’s. The updated interior boasts gorgeous hardwoods throughout, stainless appliances, and a washer & dryer, all while maintaining a unique charm and inviting space to relax and recharge. You’ll feel right at home in this cozy cottage and well-behaved dogs are always welcome for an additional fee. Please inquire about pet fees at time of booking.

Max occupancy is 6 people with driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Smoking is permitted on the front porch and outside in the backyard. Please dispose of cigarette butts into the trash. Smoking inside the cottage will incur an additional $500 cleaning fee.
Dogs are allowed for a fee of $25 per day per dog and must be current on shots, flea free and well-behaved. Must also be crated when left alone.
No parties or events allowed and the use of glitter inside the house will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100.
Quiet time is 10pm weekdays & 11pm weekends. Please be mindful of the neighbors.
Check in is 3pm, check out is 10am.
Breaking the house rules may result in an immediate termination of your stay without refund.
