We only ask that you make every effort to leave the home as you found it. This includes no trash inside the house and dishes in the dishwasher. Our cleaning staff will take care of the rest.
We don’t discriminate based on age but we may require a refundable deposit. Please contact us to discuss further.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MC & Zelle. We offer guests paying with cash a 3% discount on the total cost.
Yes, we charge a separate cleaning fee which is directly passed to our cleaning staff. We do not mark up those rates. Current cleaning fees are $85 for Bladen Bungalow, $120 for Wilshire Coastal Cottage and $225 for Big Cahoona Hill.
Bladen Bungalow & Wilshire Coastal Cottage have a 2 night minimum stay. Big Cahoona Hill requires a weeklong stay from Sunday to Sunday during the summer season. Off season bookings are a minimum of 2 nights.
