This cozy home has a fully stocked kitchen and is located just a short walk from breweries, restaurants, and galleries, making it the perfect spot for a getaway. With Historic Downtown Wilmington just blocks away, and area beaches and UNCW a short drive away, there's something for everyone. Bring your furry friends along for just $25 a night, per dog, and let them enjoy our fenced-in backyard and sidewalk-lined streets.
The space
Bladen Bungalow has undergone a refresh with an updated front porch boasting custom wooden posts & side privacy panels, upgraded lighting and comfortable seating. Inside you'll find new bedroom flooring, new bedding, furnishings and paint plus all the amenities to make yourself right at home. The bungalow is very clean, comfortable and has Wi-Fi throughout, a fully stocked kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. A full size washer & dryer are also available. The backyard is fenced in and boasts a fun fire pit area for guests to hang out & wind down. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a nominal non-refundable pet fee. Please disclose your dog at time of reservation and inquire about the pet fee.

July-07 2023I LOVED this place. I of course came for the stereotypical one tree hill site seeing. IT IS AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE BRIDGE. You know the one. I could've died. super close to all things one tree hill. Very dog friendly. She even had bowls for my pup and all the accommodations to make his stay amazing. I love Willmington so much I could move there. I am a single woman traveling and felt very safe.

Wendie and Katy were very kind and were able to provide items in the space we could utilize during our stay. Very close to downtown and only a short 20 min drive to Wrightsville Beach.
