I LOVED this place. I of course came for the stereotypical one tree hill site seeing. IT IS AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE BRIDGE. You know the one. I could've died. super close to all things one tree hill. Very dog friendly. She even had bowls for my pup and all the accommodations to make his stay amazing. I love Willmington so much I could move there. I am a single woman traveling and felt very safe.

2nd time staying and was just as great at the first. We locked ourselves out the first night we were there and Wendy and Katy were quick to respond to help us get back in. The beds and couch are comfy and our dog loved the big yard to run around in. We will be back!

The bungalow was such a cute house and the perfect place to stay for our visit to Wilmington. Very dog friendly, clean and welcoming. Wendie and Katy were very kind and were able to provide items in the space we could utilize during our stay. Very close to downtown and only a short 20 min drive to Wrightsville Beach.

What a great place. The home was clean and spacious and Wendie was a wonderfully attentive host. Mavis (the pup) and I loved playing in the big back yard and it was a quiet place to work during the day before heading out for the evening.

We only ask that you make every effort to leave the home as you found it. This includes no trash inside the house and dishes in the dishwasher. Our cleaning staff will take care of the rest.
We don’t discriminate based on age but we may require a refundable deposit. Please contact us to discuss further.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MC & Zelle. We offer guests paying with cash a 3% discount on the total cost.
Yes, we charge a separate cleaning fee which is directly passed to our cleaning staff. We do not mark up those rates. Current cleaning fees are $85 for Bladen Bungalow, $120 for Wilshire Coastal Cottage and $225 for Big Cahoona Hill.
Bladen Bungalow & Wilshire Coastal Cottage have a 2 night minimum stay. Big Cahoona Hill requires a weeklong stay from Sunday to Sunday during the summer season. Off season bookings are a minimum of 2 nights.
